High precision FODDS of Hitachi Kokusai Electric Japan consists of 96 GHz radars supported with high resolution cameras to ensure high quality images, real-time data collection, expediting the investigation process in identifying foreign object debris sources and facilitating fast runway clearing. The system is under field trial operation at Narita International Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. IUSB is responsible as system integrator and operator of the system at KLIA.
Airside Safety Inspection System (ASSI) is a comprehensive digital, location-based application developed to strengthen airport safety, surveillance, and operational efficiency. It enables the Airport Services Team to seamlessly capture, monitor, and manage safety compliance, incident reporting, maintenance activities, and overall performance. By streamlining critical operations, ASSI helps elevate safety standards and drive continuous improvements across airport operations management. ASSI is also used as the end-user interface for the high precision Foreign Object Debris Detection System developed by Hitachi at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, with key features to notify detection and removal status of FOD for faster actions, safer and more efficient monitoring of airside areas.
Distributed Electrical Sensing (DES) by Synaptec uses optical fibers within power networks to precisely measure voltage and current at multiple locations up to 60 km from a substation. The sensor array is entirely passive, requiring no extra power or equipment at sensing sites. It provides synchronized data at the speed of light, enhancing network protection, control, and monitoring. This technology improves reliability and security, reduces unplanned maintenance, and lowers operational costs.
NEXTRON High precision micro probe system is a versatile tool used in science and industry for analyzing and manipulating materials at a microscopic level with high precision. These systems can measure physical, electrical, or chemical properties, create detailed atomic-level images, manipulate materials, and perform quality testing and inspections without damaging the sample. Their ability to provide accurate measurements and flexible applications across various fields, from electronics to biomedicine, makes them essential for ensuring product quality and fostering innovation in material science and technology development. make it simple
